The Eastern Iowa Honor Flight has rescheduled its 45th flight for Nov. 2 after an abrupt cancellation Oct. 18.

A flight scheduled to take 90 veterans to a day full of honors in Washington, D.C. has been postponed after airplane malfunctions early Tuesday.

Eastern Iowa Honor Flight flew 88 veterans to Washington D.C. for a day touring the memorials, watching performances and being recognized for their service.

About 89 veterans will take the day trip to Washington, D.C., to be honored in ways many have never seen before.
