Update: Missing man from Iowa City found safe

Missing Iowa City resident Siraj White-Wright, 21, was found by a motorist about 4:45 p.m. Sunday south of Burlington, authorities said.
Siraj, who was reported missing Saturday, was in good condition. Arrangements are being made for him to be reunited with his family members, authorities said.
Iowa City police had sought the public's assistance in locating the man. He is autistic and non-verbal, authorities said.

Siraj was reported missing from his home on Plaen View Drive around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. He left home on foot, and does not drive.
Iowa City police received calls about possible sightings of him south of Iowa City walking southbound on Highway 218. The Johnson County Sheriff's Office received information about a possible sighting of someone matching Siraj's description just south of Kalona about 12:30 a.m.
