When officers arrived, they saw several people running from the scene, as well as Robertson Ray with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Robertson Ray was hospitalized for treatment and ordered to be taken into custody when discharged, according to court records.
He is facing a charge of intimidation with a dangerous weapon with intent to injure or provoke, as well as a charge of reckless use of a firearm causing property damage.
Robertson Ray allegedly fired multiple shots at four people, according to a criminal complaint. Police said in the complaint that Robertson Ray also struck several vehicles and caused significant property damage.
