The story of Andrea Farrington, a 20-year-old woman who was shot at Coral Ridge Mall in 2015, has been featured in an episode of Investigation Discovery's 'The Killer Beside Me'.
Alexander Kozak, who had met Farrington at the Iowa Children's Museum where she worked, shot her three times in the back after she rejected his advances.
"When Andrea Farrington meets fellow employee Alex Kozak she thinks that romance could be on the horizon," the episode description on the network website states. "She has no idea that feelings of romance will be replaced by suspicion and fear, leading to a final rejection that has fatal consequences."
