A house fire at 407 High Ave. in Springville resulted in a total loss of the home and non-life threatening injuries Saturday.
At approximately 3:20 p.m., crews responded to the fire, according to a media release from the Linn County Sheriff's Office.
They found the house fully engulfed in flames. The homeowners, Mark and Christina Kirchmann, were home at the time and were grilling, which could have started the fire, according to the release.
