One injured in Wednesday shooting in Cedar Rapids

The Cedar Rapids Police Department responded to a shooting Wednesday night near 2010 Glass Road NE, according to a news release from the department.

Officers were dispatched at 8:07 p.m. and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are investigating the incident and ask anyone with information to call (319) 286-5491.
