CEDAR RAPIDS - Darion Martin of Cedar Rapids is facing three counts of third-degree sexual abuse after being accused of assaulting two women in the span of four months.
Martin, 25, is accused of performing a sex act with a woman against her will at his Hiawatha apartment Feb. 7, according to a criminal complaint filed earlier this month.
He faces an additional two counts stemming from an alleged sexual assault that occurred last October at a residence in northeast Cedar Rapids.

The woman told police Martin forced her to perform various sex acts against her will, according to the complaint.
Martin drove the woman to the Hy-Vee on First Avenue NE where she told an employee what happened. The employee called police.
A sexual assault kit was administered and matched Martin’s DNA. A jury trial is scheduled for March 8.
Martin is being held at the Linn County Jail on a $10,000 cash or surety bond. Third-degree sexual abuse is a Class C felony in Iowa.
