Johnson County Sheriff’s Office seeking help in shooting investigation

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help with an investigation into a shots-fired incident that happened in a roundabout Oct. 24.
Sheriff’s office deputies responded to the area of the Highway 6 and Park Road roundabout in Tiffin around 8:30 p.m. that day. A vehicle was shot at multiple times by people in another vehicle while traveling through the roundabout, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
No one was injured during the shooting, the release states.

Investigators are asking that anyone who was in the area when this incident happened, or who may have helpful information about the shooting, to call Johnson County Joint Emergency Communications Center at (319) 356-6800.
Anyone who has security camera footage from Highway 6 in Tiffin from the time frame of the shooting is asked to contact law enforcement as well.
