Sidekick Coffee & Books to donate a percentage of sales on Friday to Iowa City Public Library

IOWA CITY — Library supporters should mark their calendars for Friday and make a plan to shop in person or online at Sidekick Coffee & Books. A generous percentage of sales will be donated to the Iowa City Public Library Friends Foundation to help grow the Iowa City Public Library.

Purchases of books, gifts, toys, coffee, pastries, and ice cream will be included in this fundraiser (gift cards are not included).

Sidekick Coffee & Books is located in the One University Place building at 1310 1/2 Melrose Ave. in Iowa City, and is open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders also can be placed online at sidekickonline.shopsettings.com for in-store pickup.
