First-ever Colony Arts show is Saturday in Amana

AMANA — Emma E. Walker of Emma's Cellar Door has partnered with White Cross Cellars and Blumen Haus of Main Amana to present the first Colony Arts show, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, at White Cross Cellars and Blumen Haus, 755 48th Ave., Amana.

This free outdoor event will feature a wide range of mediums from both new and established artists. The goal of this art show is to showcase unique and diverse artists from all around Iowa, allowing them to gain exposure in the Amana Colonies community.

In that same effort, White Cross Cellars and Blumen Haus have donated their grounds for this event and chosen to waive all fees to the artists in support of the arts community.
