Point guard Cezar Guerrero, a key target for Iowa's men's basketball team, committed to Oklahoma State late last night, according to his Facebook page.
Guerrero, who attended Iowa's 67-65 upset win against then No. 6 Purdue, picked the Cowboys over Iowa and Oklahoma. He will compete this fall.
Guerrero's choice comes one day after Iowa received the commitment of 6-foot-10 Kyle Meyer from Alpharetta, Ga. Guerrero is a 2011 prospect, while Meyer is for the 2012 class.
Cezar Guerrero, a senior at St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, Calif., gets into the excitement of Iowa's Senior Day win over Purdue at Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Saturday, March 5, 2011, in Iowa City, Iowa. (Jim Slosiarek/SourceMedia Group News)
