In our podcast, we chatted with new Corridor Careers product manager Becky Lutgen Gardner. Becky shared her story of onboarding in 2023 as well as some tips for humanizing the experience.

One area of note is the time for onboarding seems to be trending longer, with lengthier onboarding timeframes. This allows employees time to absorb information and get comfortable, while allowing managers more time to train effectively.
