Women in Leadership, an Iowa-based not-for-profit for the advancement of women in the workforce, launched a new website, wlcglobal.org, Tuesday.
The new website has different pathways for students, aspirational, midlevel and senior leaders, advocates and organizations.
Tiffany O’Donnell, CEO of Women Lead Change, said in a news release the program offerings of the not-for-profit have grown over the years, reaching outside Iowa.

“This new site is highly focused on the user experience, and engaging all of our audiences to access the content they need,” she said.
Diane Ramsey was among the founders and was named chief executive officer of what was then called Iowa Women Lead Change, in 2010. O'Donnell joined later and became CEO in 2017.
The not-for-profit hosts annual leadership conferences in various locations in the state, and runs the EPIC corporate challenge, which helps companies commit to hiring and retaining more women in leadership positions.
O’Donnell is a candidate for mayor of Cedar Rapids.
