Kohl’s to add Sephora to two Corridor stores

Kohl’s retail chain will add Sephora departments to seven of its Iowa stores this year, including in its Collins Road NE venue in Cedar Rapids and in Coralville.

Each of the segments will be “a 2,500-square-foot, fully immersive beauty experience that mimics the look and feel of a free-standing Sephora,” Kohl’s said in a news release Tuesday.

Exact dates were not included in the news release, and Kohl’s other Cedar Rapids store, 3030 Wiley Blvd. SW, was not included on the list of stores for 2022.

All told, the Menomonee Falls, Wisc., chain will add Sephora segments to 400 of its stores this year, it said.

Sephora makeup, fragrances and skincare products also are for sale in some J.C. Penney locations nationwide.
