Police investigating suspicious death in Waterloo

Police are investigating what they're calling a "suspicious" death in Waterloo.
Officers and rescue workers were called to 200 Lafayette Street #5 in Waterloo for an unknown medical problem at 6:23 p.m. Thursday.
The apartent's resident, Tai-Lin Rai Phillips, 41, was found unresponsive on the bathroom floor. Phillips was taken to Allen Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy is scheduled for Friday in Ankeny, police said.
