Eastern Iowans cash at Meskwaki’s Heartland Poker Tour event

The Heartland Poker Tour completed its tournament at Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel Sunday. Kurt Fraser of Schaumburg, Ill., won the main event, earning $75,091.
