9-year-old boy killed in Grundy County ATV crash

Investigators say a 9-year-old boy died on Sunday near New Hartford after losing control of the ATV he was operating.
The Grundy County Sheriff's Office says Tate Johnson, 9, of Dike, was on 110th Street, about five miles southeast of New Hartford, when he lost control of the ATV he was riding.
Investigators said the Polaris ATV rolled over, killing him instantly.
The Sheriff's Office says the crash remains under investigation.
