Four killed in Interstate 80 crash

Four men were killed in a crash on Interstate 80 Tuesday night.
The accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-80near Malcom in Poweshiek County just after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The victims have been identified as Jesse J. Inman, 29, of Ankeny, and Daniel Walsh, 60 of Des Moines, both drivers for Hanifan Towing of Des Moines; James F. Langholf, 50, of Dakota, Ill., a driver for Howe Trucking of Illinois; and Herbert Arthur Terrell, 54, of Huntington, Ind., a driver for Howe Trucking.
The State Patrol says two tow trucks were helping a disabled flatbed semi-trailer truck.
Three men were standing outside on the shoulder when Terrell's truck sideswiped one of the tow trucks, then struck the disabled semi, pushing it into the second tow truck.
All four men were pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident shut down the westbound lanes of I-80 near Malcolm until about 5 a.m. today.
