Boatwright, Judy K. Rinderknecht
Judy K. Rinderknecht Boatwright, 61, of Florence, S.C., died Thursday, April 15, 2010, at her residence. A memorial service will be held in Newhall, Iowa at a later date.
She was born in Benton County, Iowa, a daughter of Dorothy Gardenman Rinderknecht Jensen and the late Paul Rinderknecht. She was a faithful member of the Florence Baptist Temple, where she volunteered in the nursery, with other children's activities in the church and would visit the homebound. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, enjoyed painting, crocheting and traveling. She retired from Washington Mutual as a tax specialist.
Surviving are her mother, Dorothy Gardenman (Raymond) Jensen of Newhall; two daughters, Tonya (Todd) Stewart and Theresa Boatwright, both of Florence, and their father, John Boatwright of Marion, S.C.; three grandchildren, Madison, Kylie and Trinity Stewart, all of Florence; two brothers, Ron Rinderknecht of Salt Lake City and Chuck Rinderknecht of Cedar Rapids; sister, Renee Rinderknecht of Spokane, Wash.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 950 48th Ave. North, Suite 101, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 or to the Josh Miles Fund, c/o Florence Baptist Temple, 2308 South Irby St., Florence, SC 29504.
