Whether it is freestyle or folkstyle, Brent Metcalf is fun to watch.
Part of flowrestling.org's great coverage of the sport, there is footage of Metcalf's final bout, handling Adam Hall in two periods to place third at 145.5 pounds on April 20 at the U.S. Open in Las Vegas.
Metcalf, a former U.S. World Team member, is a two-time NCAA champion for the University of Iowa, reaching the national finals all three seasons.
