Cedar Rapids Xavier graduate Mitch Keller is widely regarded as one of the top two prospects in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. The 21-year-old pitcher is with high-A Bradenton of the Florida State League, though currently on the disabled list with a strained back.

He discussed that injury, getting stung by a bee on the mound and his 2014 draft-day memories, among other things, in the Triple Play Podcast with The Gazette’s K.J. Pilcher and Jeff Johnson.
