Volleyball: Junior setter led Indians to state last season

MARION — Caitlyn Smith, the setter for the Marion High School volleyball team, has committed to play for Drake University.

Smith is a junior-to-be and will join the Bulldogs in the fall of 2018.

She averaged 9.3 assists per set last season as the Indians went 31-9 and reached the state tournament in Class 4A.
