Carly Mark of the Cedar Rapids Association of Gymnastics won five events at the Xcel state meet hosted by CRAG and Twisters Gymnastics.
Mark, in Xcel Diamond, won the vault, bars, beam, floor exercise and all around.
CRAG’s Londyn Stoffel, in Silver, won the bars, beam and all around, and Emmalyse Bordignon, also in Silver, won the bars and all around.
Other CRAG champions were Reyata Ortiz (bars) and Jennifer Phillips (all around) in Silver; and Kori Lyle (beam), Alivia Foster (floor), Megan Kiesey (floor) and Lanie Wood (floor) in Platinum.
Placewinners were Mika Marsh, Ella Gilchrist and Ella Huber in Silver; Bethany Young in Gold; Emersyn Secora, Lexie Goldsmith and Maddie Tumilty in Platinum; and Maanasa Chinnakonda in Diamond.
At the Iowa Optional state meet earlier in March, Autumn Poston (beam) and Grace Walker (vault) were winners in Level 7, and Allisbon Hayes, Riley Smith and Maya Dueso were placewinners.
5 CHAMPS FOR SOMERSAULTS
Five members of the Somersaults Gymnastics team won gold at the Xcel state meet.
Addyson Sobaski (vault) won in Xcel Bronze, Emersyn Connerley (vault), Bentey Rust (bars) and Mackenzie Eichhor (beam) in Silver, and Ava Christensen (bars) in Gold.
Placewinners were Alexis Sobaski and Bella Christensen in Bronze; Carly Cronbaugh, Emeri Hill and Ella Beach in Silver; Emma York, Maya Carrizales and Baylee Gabrielson in Gold; and Paige Hacke and Grace Prull in Platinum.
TEN FROM MOSERS WIN GOLD

Ten members of the Moser School of Dance and Gymnastic won gold recently at the USTA Power Tumbling meet held in Melcher.
Winners were Taylor Mullis, Kennedy Bulman, Megan Pierschbacher, Georgia Werger, Madelyn Bockenstedt, Phillip Johnson, Ella Krivanek, Ella Digmann, Laura Pierschbacher and Lexus Fleming.
Annie Gulick placed second, along with Elizabeth Recker, Isabella Johnson, Adalyn Monk and Melanie Lutgen. Third-place finishers were Michelle Stelken, Lily Schmitz, Ella Oberbreckling and Abby Martin.
