Joens had 14 points against Marion and averages 16.4 a game. Xavier will need a third scorer here ... Freshman Ryan Blum came off the bench to score a team-high 17 points in the quarterfinals ... Glenwood’s losses were to Atlantic and Omaha (Neb.) Skutt. Xavier has not lost to a 3A team this season and has won eight straight state tournament games over the past three years.
