Maryland scored 56 points in the paint and pulled away in the second half for a 91-73 win in a game full of tension Sunday at Xfinity Center in College Park, Md.

Iowa (9-9, 0-5) head coach Fran McCaffery was ejected in the final minute of the first half for back-to-back technical fouls, then a double-technical foul in the second led to Iowa's Tyler Cook fouling out.

Five Terrapins (14-4, 3-2) scored in double figures, led by a career-high 21 points from Bruno Fernando.

Isaiah Moss led Iowa with a career-high 25 points, while Jordan Bohannon added 17.
