C.R. RoughRiders donating ticket proceeds from Friday's game to flood relief

CEDAR RAPIDS — The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders announced Wednesday that $3 from each ticket sold to Friday night’s RoughRiders-Sioux Falls game at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena will go to help Cedar Rapids flood relief.

The RoughRiders will donate proceeds to the American Red Cross Greater Iowa Chapter. Cedar Rapids Police Chief Wayne Jerman will drop the ceremonial first puck.

Friday’s game begins at approximately 7:15. Ticket prices range from $12.75 to $22.75 and are available at the Ice Arena box office (319-261-4625) or online.
