Letter: Thank you for saving Cedar Rapids

Aren’t we proud and thankful to be part of Cedar Rapids? I was not directly affected by the flood, but listened and read daily all the happenings regarding the flood. How the planning committees, the workers, organization and all people could do such an amazing job to prevent further flooding is unbelievable.

As we all go on with our daily lives let us remember this: Thank you to all the people who saved Cedar Rapids, and more importantly, thank God for looking out for Cedar Rapids.
