Letter: Oleson is person of integrity

I am proud to say that my husband is Linn County Supervisor Brent Oleson. He is a person of integrity and lives a life driven by his values. Not only does he stand for this in his career; he shares this with his family and friends. For these reasons, I did not hesitate to embark on the journey of blending our children and animals to make a family.

For over eight years, Supervisor Oleson has shared his ability to think critically and to be curious about numerous issues. His questioning nature may turn some heads and ruffle some feathers. Without this, our community and residents would not have seen many of the positive changes that we have seen while he has been in office. I am quite confident in saying that I have observed him to work at all times of the day and night, from various locations in order to ensure that whatever issue is at stake is fully addressed and his constituents needs are met.

I believe in and trust my husband as a County Supervisor and in his roles as a husband, father, stepfather, brother, son, uncle, and grandson because he stands for what he values. Brent is genuine and loyal and for all of these reasons, I am a supporter of the campaign to re-elect Brent Oleson! The residents of Linn County can be confident in supporting Brent in our county’s journey to be the best that it can be.
