Letter: Lawmakers bound to support Constitution

The U.S. Congress has priorities without which other Constitutional corrections cannot be made and requirements cannot be fulfilled. They will be unable to serve the people. All elected and appointed officials are bound by oath and affirmation to support this Constitution. Many officials have diverted their loyalty to political parties that have unauthorized proxy voting, rendering the U.S. Congress derelict of duty and contract. Health care and education never were delegated to the federal government, but were to remain with each state in compliance with 9th and 10th Amendments. Congress should repeal Obamacare, the 16th and 17th amendments as they violate this Constitution and the oath of office, rendering each and every state exempt from considering impeachment, measures recommended by an elected president and the requirement for advice and consent by two-thirds of Senators for confirmation of appointments, treaties, etc.
