CEDAR RAPIDS – Two Wisconsin residents were treated for injuries they received when a pickup they were riding in rolled over on Interstate 380 in northern Johnson County Monday.

An Iowa State Patrol spokesman said Charles Paul Mier, 48, and 74-year-old Patricia Mier, both of Omro, Wis., were taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries they suffered in a roll-over shortly before 1 pm.

They were riding in a Chevy Suburban driven by Charles B. Mier, 74, when it and a travel trailer it was towing rolled over in the traveled portion of the exit ramp of the northbound exit ramp off of Interstate 380 at County Road F12 at Shueyville, according to the Iowa State Patrol.

The accident remains under investigation.
