Operation Quickfind: Johnisha Osborne and Jamira Debose-Osborne

CEDAR RAPIDS — The Cedar Rapids Police Department has issued two Operation Quickfind notices for two sisters who have been missing since Aug. 20.

According to the quickfind documents, Johnisha Osborne, 14, and Jamira Debose-Osborne, 14, have been missing since they were last seen at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday morning at 350 17th St. SE.

Jamira Debose-Osborne is described in the document as being five foot, three inches in height with brown hair and brown eyes and a scar over her right eye.

Johnisha Osborne is described as being five foot, two inches in height with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and rainbow leggings, according to the document.
