CEDAR RAPIDS — A Cedar Rapids man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday morning.

Cedar Rapids public safety spokesman Greg Buelow said first-responders were called to Interstate 380 and Highway 30 at 2:38 a.m. Monday for a single vehicle crash. The driver, identified as 31-year-old Dennis J. Vorba, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Buelow said accident reconstructionalists determined Vorba was driving southbound on Interstate 380 and left the road at the exit ramp to Highway 30 east. Vorba hit a guard rail and his 1999 Ford Explorer rolled. Vorba was ejected from the vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation, Buelow said.
