Officials hope for public's help in identifying photo of Culver's suspect, video of McDonald's suspect
IOWA CITY — Iowa City Area CrimeStoppers has released a video of a fast food robbery and asked the public to help identify the suspect.
Photos of the suspect in two other robberies were also released.
On Tuesday, CrimeStoppers released a clip and asked the public to identify the person dressed in black in the video. Police said the man is wanted for questioning in connection with a robbery at McDonald’s, 2440 Mormon Trek Blvd., on Aug. 4.
The black and white video appears to show a man leading three people through the kitchen area of the McDonald’s restaurant. Most of the man’s face is obscured by a cloth mask, and he has a hood pulled up over his head.
