Cedar Rapids police asking for help in identifying assault suspects

CEDAR RAPIDS — Cedar Rapids police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two assault suspects.

Police said the assault involved a man and a woman and took place Sept. 5 outside Dick’s Tap and Shake Room, 1602 E Ave. NE.

Images of the alleged assailants have been released. Police ask that anyone who can identify the man and woman in the photographs contact the Cedar Rapids Police Department at (319) 286-5457 or Linn County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-CS-CRIME.
