Herbert Hadley Drymon, 75, of Springville, passed away Friday, Nov. 3, 2017. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Marion. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, at the funeral home. Burial: Springville Cemetery.
Herb is survived by his wife, Rita; sons, Mike (Penny) of Scotch Grove, Matt (Michelle) of Colorado, Jerry (Kari) of Nebraska and Jason Drymon of Viola; grandchildren, Raya (Dylan) McGuire and Angel, Loren, Cody, Gabe, Shae, Avery and Gabby Drymon; great-granddaughter, Fionna; and siblings, Willard Drymon and Susie (Ryan) Knight.
Herb was born in Howell County, Mo., on Jan. 3, 1942. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He then spent years pouring concrete before starting Herb Drymon Trucking Inc. in 1999.
Herb was a devoted husband to Rita (Zaruba), his wife of 39 years. Herb loved spending time with his family. For the past 11 years, summers were spent camping in Monticello.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, June Donnan and Clifford Drymon.
