After building a strong following as a standalone workplace culture event, Workplace (R)evolution is now part of the inaugural Iowa Ideas conference. Like all of Iowa Ideas’ focus areas, workplace culture is key to the future of Iowa as workers have more choices than ever and employers compete to attract and retain top talent.

Other Workplace (R)evolution sessions include a panel of Iowa’s top CEOs, case studies from large and small workplaces on the impact of culture, a panel on building a mission-driven culture and speaker Ryan Siskow, president of Consult 3C, on change leadership.

One ticket includes both Workplace (R)evolution and all of Iowa Ideas, with 250+ speakers, 80 sessions and 9 keynotes across 8 tracks. Read more and register today >
