Vinton-Shellsburg senior Drew Wiley announced on Twitter Monday that he has committed to Kansas State.

A second-team all-state defensive lineman in Class 3A last year, Wiley wrote “... The recruiting process has been very interesting and a lot of fun. At this point, I am extremely excited and incredibly blessed to announce my commitment to Kansas State University!!”

Listed at 6-foot-3 and 280 pounds last season, he also had an offer from South Dakota, according to Rivals.

Wiley had 60.5 tackles in 2015, nine for loss and a team-high three sacks.
