The Linn County 4-H Youth Council sponsored their annual pie auction at the Linn County Fair on Sunday afternoon, July 2, 2017. All proceeds from this event go towards the "Linn County 4-H Youth Council Scholarship Fund".
From this fund, scholarships are given to support all Linn County 4-H Junior camp participants, Intermediate Citizenship trip, attendees to the Iowa State 4-H Youth Conference in Ames, Washington DC Citizenship Focus and college scholarships to eligible Linn County 4-H Youth Council members.

The Linn County 4-H Youth Council want to say: "thank you very much" to everyone who donated or purchased a pie at this event as the above scholarships would not be available if we didn't have the support from everyone.
A special "Thanks" to John Airy who again donated his time and energy to be our auctioneer. John has helped the Youth Council out for several years now. He does a wonderful job getting everyone involved in this fun event for the 4-H youth.
