On the Record Podcast: Safe Haven law explained, problems with juvenile justice system, and the Tait Purk ruling

This week’s On the Record talks about the Iowa’s Safe Haven law, a juvenile that court officials are trying to place - now that the state training school for girls no longer exists - and a Tama County murder conviction that was overturned by a judge on Monday.
