Pastors should speak out against Democrats

The Democratic Party’s 2012 national platform, as initially written, removed God. It promotes Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transsexual (LGBT) lifestyles, same-sex marriage, taxpayer dollars for abortions, and proposed removal of Jerusalem as capital of Israel.

Why isn’t every evangelical pastor in America talking about these issues? Fear of their government? A pastor can speak on moral issues, freely, without fear of being punished by the government. Even if the government could punish the church, is that more important than standing up for the principles and values of the Christian faith?

Ronald Reagan:

l “America needs God more than God needs America.”

l “If we ever forget that we are One Nation under God, we will be one nation gone under.”

By not speaking out, is it more important to you than losing the freedom and liberty of your children and “One Nation Under God”?

It’s not a party issue, but American principles of our Founding Fathers. If you believe in the Democrat platform and socialism, I understand why you vote for President Obama, Sen. Tom Harkin and Rep. Bruce Braley.

I believe the first priority when voting is: Who is the person who will fight for judges appointed to the courts that will uphold the Constitution? Judges give us freedom and liberty, not big government and socialism.
