The players rally around the players who are struggling.

Passing game, pass rush, running game, Vandenberg are all topics here.

WR Kevonte Martin-Manley -- Talks about the struggles in the Iowa passing game. Also, he knows there's going to be good days and bad days as an athlete on the big stage.

G Matt Tobin -- The senior talks about the day he went from walk-on to scholarship.

QB James Vandenberg -- The trophy doesn't mean much this week. The win is the thing, Vandenberg said. He feels Iowa hasn't played all three phases well together yet.

Iowa C James Ferentz -- He starts with "rah-rah" talk. He doesn't dig it. "If you're out at Kinnick with 70,000 cheering for you, if that doesn't give up goosebumps, probably nothing will."

FB Brad Rogers -- He's the chillest player on Iowa's team. He also talks about Iowa's 22 formation (two backs, two TEs). There's a lot of beef flying around out there, and that's the point.

DE Dominic Alvis -- The junior talks about the pass rush. It's not as easy as running around a big tackle. He said he sees flashes of it working, but it needs improvement.

CB Micah Hyde -- More on the onside. It's like Iowa lost an onside kick last week. Also, Hyde said he felt prepared to play. That's something Ferentz was asked about Saturday and he mentioned it on the Big Ten teleconference on Tuesday. Also, what do you tell fans who expected you to beat Central Michigan?

WR Jordan Cotton -- The junior wideout talks about winning the No. 3 WR spot. He's one of the fastest players on them team and hopes that comes through there and on kick off.
