Mid-September never felt more like early November than early Saturday morning at Kinnick Stadium.

It's not because the opponent features the name "Michigan" prominently. It felt more like November because of the weather. Wind chills chilled fans during pregame tailgating. At times the wind chill fell below the mid-20s and many fans wore only T-shirts. Some went shirtless.

Here are a few scenes outside Kinnick Stadium before the game. One features the team arriving at the stadium. The other shows a man who brought a Great Dane to the game for a good cause.

Iowa plays host to Central Michigan in the Hawkeyes' final non-conference game this year. Kickoff is slated for 11 a.m.
