BTN's Iowa Day: July 19

Hope you’ve been having a great summer and are gearing up for football season. On July 19 BTN will air the third and final full day of Iowa programming as a part of “School Days.” Six episodes of the Big Ten’s Greatest Games are a part of the day’s programming. The games included are the 2003 football win over Michigan, the 2002 football game versus Purdue in which Dallas Clark’s game-winning touchdown catch clinched the Big Ten title for the Hawkeyes, the 1983 basketball win over Indiana, the 2002 football game versus Penn State in which Brad Banks and the Hawkeyes squandered an early lead but hung on to win 42-35 in overtime, the 1990 football win over Michigan and the 2005 basketball win over Michigan State in the semifinal round of the Big Ten Tournament. Also included are the Nile Kinnick and Dan Gable episodes of Big Ten Icons.
